Hello All,

I am pleased to announce the 2008 summer camp program has gotten off to a great start. This years camp is on track to be the best we have ever had. In addition to a great new menu, we teach the classes in our very own commercial kitchen. Doing so allows the team and I to really teach the students how to create high quality gourmet meals in an efficient manner.

Summer Camp Details: Classes are held Monday - Friday of each camp week.
